Neuro-linguistic incentives for an effective pedagogical process in a boarding school

Good inter-personal relationships, clearly articulated messages, well formed goals … who does not wish it for themselves in private as well as professional life? Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) can be of great support here. The present article shortly examines the basis of the NLP: Since when? Where from? Why? How? At the same time, it tries to give some incentives to educators and teachers to do their best for the successful work with young people.
