Among educators and special educators there are different views and stand points concerning integration and inclusion. This situation has been ongoing for a decade, that is since conference in Salamanca which took place in 1994. The participants at that conference added the concept of inclusion to the concept of integration. Numerous experts refuted the concept of inclusion and and they are still doing this. According their opinion the integration already contains everything that inclusion brings. That is why in their view the concept of inclusion is an absolute and misleading concept. I am on the side of those who consider integration and inclusion differ both in content and goals. That they do not refer to the same groups of pupils, which differ also in percentage of the population. This is what I want prove in my article.
Keywords: integration, inclusion, pupils, school, teacher.
