Research of climate in a boarding school is less frequent then research of school climate although students spend a lot of time in boarding school. Climate in a boarding school is an environment created by teachers, students and other employees of a boarding school. Positive climate allows students to meet their needs and to utilize their potentials. We used a questionnaire about students perception of boarding school to get information about school climate from students. The results show that the students are content in our boarding school. Social environment assures successful activity of students in general: they feel affiliation to the group, they have an opportunity for personal growth and self-determination inside of boarding school as a system with clear rules and orderliness.
