The personality of an individual and work demands both create the organizational climate, which has a major impact on the successfulness of an individual and organization. The motivation has also an impact on the success of the employees. The money is not the most important motivator. Factors such as informal gatherings, to include employees in decision making, professional labor relations of the management to other employees, a sincere praise and reward for good work, to inform the employees about decisions made by the management, clear definition of the responsibilities, opportunities for further education, teamwork, open communication, consideration of proposals and advise made by employees, etc. contribute more to the individual motivation.
