The level of their protection as civilisation commodity, however, does not reach the level of agreed common standards. The development of protection of rights of the youth in high schools in Slovenia demonstrates a clear desire of juveniles to implement their rights to participate in prevention of institutional violence such as enforcement, absence of choice, authoritarian regime, and suppression of creativity and of being different. The environment in school is next to the family the most suitable place where young people should oppose to various violations of their rights in education process. The main problem of the right to privacy is that it is poorly defined and often collidies with other rights and interests.
