In this contribution we will discuss about education and educational styles appeared at carefully planed or not planed work with young people. Which factors influence chosen educational style, which are used by professional educators in boarding schools? What kind of education educator must acquire for using the correct educational style at their work? Do they use only one style or is their educational work mixture of several educational styles, is this happening on conscious or not self-conscious level, are educator qualified to use different educational styles, to use them as to common dynamics, or educational situation or to individual work with students? On what must educators specially be attentive? Educator must be prepared for all consequences by using particularly educational style no matter if they are positive or negative.
