Improving educational work in student residence hallsy by developing entrepreneurship competences

Curriculum and competences

Education is accountable for the development of key competences for quality living and the ability to manage complex life situations. Entrepreneurship competence is one of eight key competences within the European Reference Framework of Key Competences for Lifelong Learning. The importance of entrepreneurship as a key competence is therefore recognized in the Croatian strategic educational documents, suggesting that education for entrepreneurship will be introduced into all educational institutions. The paper discusses the need to introduce entrepreneurship competence into educational work in student residence halls.
