Lifelong learning is a challenge for management and school leadership. Headteachers and teachers are placed in a new role of forming collaborative culture between all stakeholders of education, both students and teachers and other professionals, parents and the local community. A new school, resulting from wider, European dimension, is to enable lifelong learning, therefore, schools should gradually become lifelong learning centres. To achieve this goal, first and foremost the most responsible is the headteacher. He should establish and develop the conditions for achieving that goal.
