Paper examines knowledge management in school as knowledge organization. Knowledge daily circulates in school, but as service of institution. Knowledge, which is articulated (explicit knowledge), is located in school files and data bases – but where is tacit knowledge of employees, which represents majority of individuals’ knowledge? It depends form school management, how the process of tacit knowledge transfer will be organized in collective, on group level (organization level). There has to be adequate organization culture for transfer of knowledge. This is the only way to encourage development of school – but it depends mainly from school management. We can achieve, with adequate organization culture and management style, that individual will feel free by doing his work. This is the way to give all the knowledge you have in the work.
