The article discusses the determination of the business value of information and communication technologies in education. Based on presentation of informational system SEZAM, which is used in boarding schools, different methods of the business value determination will be present. Finally two complex models, using predefined methods, will be presented. Presented methods are: a cost-benefit analysis and accounting-financial ratios analysis and as well models Business Value Index and Total Economic Impact. Based on the selected complex model of determining the business value, authors determine business value of information and communication system SEZAM in the boarding schools.
