IT development has led to an unimagined development of online social networks. The users of online social networks can create their own online profile, where they can share their experiences, thoughts, interests, knowledge and more other information. Users’ profiles have become an important currency in the digital world as marketing organisations use them to find user´s intentions, interests and wishes. In our thesis we try to consider education and learning in an environment of Facebook. It is very important to use this platform to improve information literacy. The social network we deal with is good example of suitable medium where youth can learn and make better their own knowledge.
