Mediation is the most friendly way of solving conflicts and disputes between people, it is also most effective in relation to personality issues, it brings a mutually acceptable solutions and personal satisfaction, often also improves interpersonal relationships, less chance of escalation of conflicts in the future, the model of peaceful and effective resolution of disputes. With the mediation it is established a new culture of conflict resolution, where there are no winners and losers, since the parties who are in conflict themselves assume responsibility for the solution to the conflict. Mediation has therefore the power to strengthen or establish a new relationship of trust and respect, or helps to end the relationship in a way that the emotional and psychological losses are minimized.
