In this paper the results of a research would be shown: how frequently mobbing is occurred within working environment, what kinds of mobbing are prevailing within these environments and who are the most exposed to them. Mobbing is a form of behaviour in which an individual or a large group of people deliberately carried out the violence (mental or physical) in the extreme extent of collaborators. It starts with an un-intentional operation to which it comes into conflict and consequently in the mobbing, or sometimes shows as deliberate maltreatment. Violence can take many directions, it may, from hierarchical aspect, be running from superior to subordinate, or vice versa, and often occurs during the same hierarchical user colleagues. The key to success on the reduction or recognition of mobbing at an early stage is the interconnection, good communication, healthy working environment and good management.
