Povzetek

V prispevku bom predstavila pomen pozitivne klime v organizaciji, ki je predpogoj za kakovostno delo in uspešno rast vsakega zaposlenega. Osredotočila se bom predvsem na pomen pozitivnega vodenja ustanove. Posebej bom izpostavila primer učeče se organizacije, njene značilnosti ter vplive na kakovost dela in osebnostno rast zaposlenih ter možnosti vodenja. Predstavila bom prednosti vodenja dijaškega doma kot učeče se organizacije.

Abstract

In the article I represent the importance of good climate in organization as necessary condition for quality and successful work and professional development of each employee. I will especially focus on importance of positive and professional management. I will introduce a learning organization, its features and impact on the quality of work and personal growth of employees. I will present advantages of managing boarding school as learning organization.
