Povzetek

Prispevek izpostavlja praktičen primer dobre prakse preprečevanja zgodnjega opuščanja šolanja ter preventivne ukrepe, s katerimi se lahko preprečijo morebitne nastale težave z duševnim zdravjem dijakov. Pristop kaže na uspešnost učiteljev pri prepoznavi dijakov v stiski ter delo z njimi na individualni ravni z različnimi pristopi. Celovita pomoč dijakom v stiski se dopolnjuje z drugimi aktivnostmi, kot so tematske razredne ure, srečanja s starši, elektronska skrinjica, dopolnilni pouk ter pomoč drug drugemu.

Abstract

The following contribution exposes practical examples of good practice of a system preventing from early drop outs of school. It also exposes the preventive measures with which we can prevent possible problems with students’ mental health. The approach demonstrates the effectiveness of teachers in the identification of students in need and work with them on an individual basis with various tools. Comprehensive help for students in need is complemented by other activities, such as thematic class hours, meetings with parents, electronic box, remedial classes and helping each other.
