Povzetek

Duševno zdravje je v Sloveniji precej zanemarjena tema, o kateri neradi govorimo, čeprav se vedno več mladih sooča s težavami na tem področju. Ker dijaki in ljudje nasploh malo vedo o duševnih boleznih oz. motnjah, smo se odločili na to temo z dijaki posneti film, v katerem smo predstavili pet duševnih motenj in sicer: bipolarno motnjo, depresijo, shizofrenijo, obsesivno kompulzivno motnjo, anksioznost ter panične napade. Dijaki so s sodelovanjem pri tem projektu dobili številne pozitivne izkušnje in tudi številne kompetence, hkrati pa je naš končni izdelek – film – odlična iztočnica za diskusijo z dijaki o tej temi.

Abstract

The subject of mental health is neglected in Slovenia, a theme that we don’t like to talk about even though young people are increasingly faced with problems in this area. Since students and people in general don’t know enough about mental disorders, we decided to make a film in which we presented five mental disorders: bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and panic attacks. Students gained a lot of positive experiences and also many competences with cooperation in this project. At the same time our product – film is a great cue for discussion with students about this subject.
