Povzetek

Prispevek se ukvarja s prenosom koncepta inkluzivne vzgoje in izobraževanja v vsakdanjo pedagoško prakso ter predstavlja učinke teh prizadevanj skozi relevantne projekte in raziskave. Koncept inkluzije namreč narekuje, naj v vzgoji in izobraževanju vzpostavljamo takšna okolja, pristope in načine dela ter znotraj tega takšno komunikacijo in odnose, da se bodo vsi otroci in mladostniki počutili vključene. Prispevek izpostavlja počutje otrok kot pomemben kazalnik uspešnosti implementacije inkluzivnega koncepta v vsakdanjo pedagoško prakso. Pri tem ugotavlja, da je ob številnih dobrih praksah treba spregovoriti tudi o bolj premišljenem načrtovanju implementacije koncepta inkluzije in o možnostih za uresničevanje personaliziranega učenja tako na sistemski kot na strokovni ravni.

Abstract

This paper deals with the transfer of the concept of inclusive education into everyday pedagogical practice and presents the impact of these efforts through relevant projects and research. The concept of inclusion requires that in the education, we should establish such environments, approaches and methods of work, and within that, such communication and relationships, that all children and adolescents feel included. The paper also highlights the well-being of children as an important indicator of the success of implementing an inclusive concept into everyday pedagogical practice. In this regard, the paper notes that along with many good practices, it is also necessary to talk about a more thorough planning of the implementation of the concept of inclusion as well as about possibilities for realization of personalized learning at both, the system and the professional level.
