Povzetek

Vključevanje novincev v vzgojno skupino zahteva posebno pozornost vzgojitelja. Dijaki prvič zapustijo zavetje doma, navaditi se morajo na nove ljudi in okolje. Vzgojitelj lahko dijaku nudi oporo, ga vodi, mu vzbudi občutek pripadnosti in sprejetosti ter vzpostavi zaupljiv odnos, ki temelji na realnih pričakovanjih. Vsakega dijaka spoznamo individualno (njegove sposobnosti, težave, karakterne lastnosti), mu prilagodimo okolje, v katerem živi in se uči. Inkluzija je ena najzahtevnejših nalog vzgojitelja.

Abstract

The inclusion of novices in the educational group requires special attention of the educator. Students leave their home for the first time, they have to get used to new people and new environment. The educator can offer the student support, guidance, a sense of belonging and acceptance. He can also establish a confiding relationship, based on realistic expectations. We get to know each student individually (his abilities, problems, character traits) and adjust the environment in which he lives and learns. Inclusion is one of the most demanding tasks of the educator.
